I am so glad I am a patient of Dr. Peterson’s! I should start by saying I don’t like the dentist and because of my distaste, I had put off my dental hygiene for quite some time. An unhealthy habit I know, but the truth I must admit. I went to Dr. Peterson of course expecting the worst but was so surprised I felt I needed to tell others.
Dr. Peterson and his staff have turned around my feelings about going to the dentist and my feelings about my teeth.
To start, Dr. Peterson and his staff (from check-in to check-out) treated me like a respected and wanted client, not just a patient. It feels like you are walking into a home, not a dentist office. The staff at the office makes sure that you are comfortable and at ease, either by answering any questions or just by making you feel relaxed. At one point, you almost forget what you are there to do.
Dr. Peterson as a dentist is extremely professional, proficient and positive. He is extremely sensitive to a patient’s wants and needs. He took the time to make sure I was completely comfortable with the procedures I needed, both physically and financially. Dr. Peterson made sure that I was a part of the solution, and that I understood every possible avenue available to me. He is respectful, courteous, kind and even funny.
The last part I want to add is that the staff at this office pays attention to your every want…..I can say that because my one goal when I came into the office was to get out fast. For everyone these days, time is money and a valuable resource. I can honestly tell you that the entire staff at this office totally understood this. I did not wait in the front office long, I did not wait in the chair long, I did not wait anywhere long. They did not rush me and spent the time needed with me, but did not waste time either to make sure I was on my way ….I truly appreciated this because for me fast appointments are almost crucial. I can not tell you how I value this part of the office !
